Quest Martial Arts Ann Arbor has some awesome students! Here is a short video of Kaitlin showing different ways to roll a bo, a core weapon in our martial art. A bo is a 6 foot staff that we use in our art of ninjutsu. However, Ninjutsu has many weapons. Each month we study one weapon to discover the secrets and details hidden in the movements. We're really proud of Kaitlin. Her favorite weapon is the bo. And when you watch the video you can see that she practices her martial arts A LOT! Kaitlin is on our Instructor Certification Program and she teaches other students her amazing bo techniques in weapons class, as well as teaching in regular classes.

Part of what we are proud of here at Quest Martial Arts in Ann Arbor Michigan is helping kids and adults become the very best version of themselves. So, Kaitlin is a fantastic example of someone who is constantly and consciously taking action to become her very best self.
Kaitlin has been working hard at ninjutsu for many years. she has a fierce determination, but has a golden heart. She always is looking for ways to add to our Quest Martial Arts Ann Arbor community and often is found helping others learn and grow. As we said, bo is Kaitlin's favorite weapon. We also train in the hanbo, or half staff (three feet), the sword (in the samurai and ninja tradition) and the kusari fundo (a 32 inch chain with metal weights on both ends). We also train in knife defenses and other traditional ninja weapons too. So you will have a well rounded martial arts experience. Kaitlin, you ROCK!
